Hilly Bude in the sun...run

Went out for a gentle 30mins run that turned into part off road and steep hilly blast as the sun was setting in Bude. Great view from hotel on cliff top. 4th early morning swim session in as many weeks last thurs is starting to settle me back into the pool. Speed still a long way off but at least can keep going now without my lungs collapsing!!
