Hamstrings and heartache

Hot start and away on better time from Wilderhope Manor. Rode straight up the A49 then A6 stopping at Whitchurch, Warrington, Charnock Richard, Preston then yet another steep climb into Arnside YHA

John Norbury joined us today and he started with a sore knee and bad back. Half way in he regrettably pulled his hamstring and carried this for 5miles or so - he must be machine! Thanks for kind support today John you are a star

141 miles done - need some sleep!
