Nurses know best!

First update for a while as I have been ordered to take it easy this week by Denise and the whole family after collapsing early sunday morning last week. Thoroughly MOT'd at hospital and all ok as it just caused by getting up to quick in the night and then having an extremely long bathroom break added to my resting pulse rate of 40 dropped my blood pressure and so passed out - felt a bit daft and haven't enjoyed the constant concern.

Squeezed in a gentle run in Amsterdam with the company President and a steady 6miler on the roads around Ben Nevis thurs. Quickish 20miler on bike last night to prepare for fast 2hr ride out tomorrow morning with a good mate

Really need to get more miles under my belt now as the weeks are flying by!

Kindest regards
