Back on the campaign
New year and new challenge with my first triathlon registered for 8th July in Oswestry. First bike ride this afternoon in a long time with 26m at 16.2m/hr so pleased considering it was so damn cold - 20min shower sorted out the frozen toes!! Swim sessions need to start soon!
