111miles with good average of 16.4mph which included what felt like a time trial from Invermoriston to Inverness utilising an energy burst - so took advantage. 10miles from home and hit a wall so an energy gel was called on and would have seen me back strong hadn't Smithy told me we had another 4m instead of 1m as all energy vanished in the gloom - the swine
