105mile with 6450ft of climbing meant this was a very tough start.
The staff at the Coop in Okehampton were fantastic and supportive of our challenge with lunch provided for tomorrow. Their customers learnt about the importance of selenium for human health and very kindly put some funds our way for the charities
Great start all round and some very tired legs - good nights sleep ahead
Kindest regards
