Been ages, miles are adding up, done a couple of fifties over the last 2 weekends, interspersed with 25's twice a week, tues and thurs. Lands End is getting scarily close, but in good shape apart from aching knees, trying fish oil and glucosamine for the knees, may have to revert to WD40, or failing that get Spot to fit me a grease nipple on each knee, no point getting Blowey to do it, would probably fall out!
Time we all met and sorted accomodation etc, I don't want to be sharing a tent and sleeping bag with knocker. Any one here about the cyclist and the cake in the verge????? See photo on blog, tee hee.
