1st ride in 2011!

Although I am on holiday this week I decided to hit the saddle for the first time this year with my new shoes and pedals - may need some tightening so will check this with our resident pro rider Anderson.

Rode 2hrs with no let up - can only guess the miles at approx 30 but felt pretty good although damn cold

Top tip from today - if you are going to fly past another cyclist, make sure you don't hit a pot hole straight after your maneouvre and lose your water bottle with the harsh jolt as you will look like a real donk!
