Evil wind

After a couple of 6m runs at start of week I managed to get a 20m ride in thurs morning. I was looking forward to easy ride with the wind when it changed direction and brought cold rain with it!

Today was an early start with a 65m ride on flat terrain in 4hr 20min - felt good and leg ok seeing I had my first crash when mounted a sand banked kerb and front wheel didn't respond - ouch
