Day off yesterday. Decided to get in 3-4 hours before doing the chores. Have been carrying a cold so didn’t really push it but i felt drained. Returned after 35 miles fed up.
This is my first awful day on the bike since training began last year,
Hopefully i can pick up some morale riding with Paul and Clive tomorrow lunchtime.
