Dust off the mountain bike

Road bike in for complimentary service courtesy of the very charitable Steve Baron at Fulwood Cycles so decided to have a 15m blast with Mick but needed my mountain bike which felt like I was dragging a chain and ball around. Still managed an ave 14mph but had to sweat some for that!

Planning a couple of easy runs over next 2 days to ensure I'm loose and energised
