Back in a real saddle

Finally got a 52m ride in today in 3hrs after lots of circuit training, running and exercise bike riding - its just not the same, but that's what training around the symposium and mba hands you

Pleased with the multi based training schedule and although only 30 people turned up for the Lexington, Ky fun run, I managed to get 1st past the post - not sure this will be enough for the 24th june which is looming fast
