Set off like a stabbed rat!

Joined today by John Barnes from NWF, his brother Dave and friends John and Paul. We hurtled along from Arnside to Kendal at Mach 3 then steadied for a long haul up Shap - fantastic views awaited us at the top. Very good cyclists gave us some much needed motivation for our very tight tired legs.

Smithy now tucking into a KFC!
