The Devon model!

No gents, I am not referring to an attractive girl working for an agency but to the training this weekend.

I feel that the hill work should bode well for the first couple of days of our challenge. Took a hilly 33m yesterday and mountainess 49m today. With just a bowl of porridge for bfast and an SIS GoGel at 25m it didn't really suffice for the last 10m into a headwind and cold rain
