Its been a while 2!

Seems so long since last blog, too busy training to log on. Done loads, first 40 at the weekend, felt ok, took some 'Complete Supplements' Recovery drink afterwards, muscles were absolutely fine next day, thats a first. Thank you Laura for your generosity in sponsoring us. Now stepped up training in the week, Tuesday night managed just over 27 miles in less than 2 hours, so gradual improvement again, at last it feels warmer, toes wern't like blocks of ice for a change, may help to get the weight down also, Only 14 weeks to go, starting to panic, backup's missus has thrown a wobbler, Adey, control the situation, how will we cope without your sense of humour, smart quips, eloquent language and dietary sense, you will be a major loss to the team!! Just seen a first draft of the route, looks excellent, the youth hostel in Loch Lomond looks like the local manor house, Ab Fab. Till next time
